Afternoon snack

We serve our afternoon snack as part of our ¾ pampering board daily from 3:00 to 5:00 pm in our fireplace bar.

Our service staff will, of course, be happy to serve your drinks at your table.

Airport transfer

Are you travelling comfortably by plane or train and need a transfer to or from the hotel?
Simply provide your travel details at the reception, and we will arrange a transfer for you with one of our partner companies.

Alarm

Every Saturday at 12:00 noon, a general alarm is sounded in Sölden for testing purposes.

Après Ski Bar

Our Après Ski Bar "Halli Valli" is open daily from 15:00 - 18:30. To get to our Après Ski Bar, follow the signs on the ground floor which will guide you through our restaurant "Stüberl".

Aqua Dome

The Aqua Dome Thermal Spa in Längenfeld in the Ötztal is one of Austria’s most renowned thermal baths. Spread over approximately 22,000 m², it offers a water world with 12 indoor and outdoor pools filled with thermal water at 34–36 °C. Particularly impressive is the outdoor area with its distinctive open-air pools.

In the sauna world, you will find 9 saunas, including a loft sauna, gorge sauna, earth sauna, and hay barn sauna, complemented by the steam dome, herbal bath, and spacious lounging and relaxation areas.

As an official Aqua Dome partner, you can purchase entry tickets directly at our reception (ext. 500).

Bathrobes

Are included in your wellness bag and we will provide you with them free of charge for the duration of your stay. We kindly ask you not to go to the hotel restaurant or the fireplace bar in your bathrobe during the day as well as in the evening.

Bath Slippers

Are included in your wellness bag.

It is important to us to offer our guests all the amenities of a 4* hotel but we throw up to 150 pairs of bath slippers incl. packaging into the garbage every day. Help us to reduce this mountain of waste. Our suggestion: use your own bath slippers and feel even more at home during your stay.

Billing

To avoid long waiting times please pay your bill the evening before your departure until 09:00 pm or on your departure day from 07:00 am. Payment is possible in cash, with EC card, Master Card, Visa as well as with a gift voucher issued by our hotel.

We will be happy to bring an additional blanket to your room upon request. Please contact our reception (dial 500).

Book corner

In our fireplace bar, you will find a small selection of books and magazines. We hope you enjoy browsing through them.

Breakfast

We serve breakfast as part of our ¾ pampering board from 07:30 - 10:30 am in our restaurant "Stüberl".
Our restaurant manager and his team are always happy to answer your questions.

Bus connections

The bus stop (Gaislachkoglbahn) is located 30 meters from the hotel, directly opposite the valley station of the Gaislachkoglbahn. Buses run daily between Obergurgl and Imst. Exact departure times and schedules are available at the reception.

Bus Stop

The bus stop "Gaislachkoglbahn" is located only a few meters from our hotel and all start below the pedestrian bridge of the Gaislachkoglbahn.

Buses in the direction of the city center, Längenfeld, Ötz, Ötztal Bahnhof as well as Imst start on the side of the gondola station.

Buses in the direction of Obergurgl, Hochgurgl, Vent and Zwieselstein start on the opposite side of the road.

Center Shuttle

In the center of Sölden (approx. 550m) you will find the center shuttle (inclined elevator), which connects Sölden directly with the beginners ski area Innerwald.

Changing Room

We are happy to provide you with our changing room with shower facilities in the basement on the day of arrival, should your room not yet be ready and you already want to make the first turns in the snow. Likewise, this room is also available to our departing guests who would like to spend one last day of skiing with us to shower before the planned departure and freshen up for the way home.

Charging Cable

If you need a charging cable, please contact our reception (dial 500). We have charging cables for the most common mobile phone brands and will provide them for you.

Charging station (e-charging)

You can charge your electric vehicle directly at our hotel. Please contact the reception, where you will receive all the necessary information. (The charging station is subject to a fee.)

Check-In

Your room is ready for occupancy from 15:00 at the latest on the day of arrival. In case of earlier arrival at our hotel, luggage can be left in the luggage storage.

If you are arriving after 22:00 during your stay, please let us know before 21:00. We will deposit your key card at our reception and then we will inform you about all important information regarding your arrival. For more information, please refer to the "Late Arrival on arrival day" section.

Check-Out

The hotel room is at your disposal until 10:00 am on the day of departure. To avoid long waiting times at check-out, you are welcome to settle your bill at the reception until 21:30 the evening before departure. For special requests, please contact our reception team.

If you need your room for a longer period of time, you will find more information under the heading "Late Check Out". Likewise, further information on the use of our locker room incl. shower facilities is available under the heading "Changing Room".

Chip card / room key card

You will need your room key card to open your room door, activate the electricity in your room, access the ski and ski boot room, and use the night entrance after 11:30 pm.

Church service

The parish church of Sölden is situated slightly elevated in the center of the village. Catholic services are held every Sunday at 9:30 am and 10:00 am. For more information, please refer to the notice board at the church.

We ask our guests to visit our fireplace bar during the afternoon snack as well as the restaurant during the dinner in appropriate clothing, therefore we ask you to refrain from wearing tracksuits, shorts, bathrobes and slippers.

In your room you will find a Nespresso coffee capsule machine.
Would you like a kettle? You can ask for it at the reception with the number 500.

Drinking water

The tap water in the Ötztal valley is safe to drink and can be enjoyed without any concerns.

Dry cleaning

Please place any laundry you wish to have cleaned in the laundry bag provided in your room and fill out the attached order form.
Hang the laundry bag on the outside of your room door by 9:00 am at the latest so that our housekeeping staff can collect it for cleaning.
Laundry service is available for an additional charge and usually takes 24 hours.

Early Departure

We would like to inform you that in case of early departure or non-use of any part of your arrangement, the full amount is payable and no refund will be given.

Electricity

In all rooms there is a main power switch next to the entrance door, by inserting your room card you can turn all lights on and off at the same time. Please help us to save electricity.

Elevator

The elevator is located directly next to the staircase and connects all floors in the hotel. We kindly ask you not to use the elevator in case of emergency or fire alarm!

Fire Alarm

Our rooms are equipped with fire detectors. The automatic fire alarm system in the hotel will inform you via the loudspeakers in case of emergency. When the warning signal sounds, please leave the house calmly and without hectic along the escape route instructions (see information on the room door inside).

If you notice a fire yourself, close the door to the fire room, immediately inform the reception via telephone (dial 500) or activate the fire alarm. Please follow the instructions of our staff and remain calm.

Do not use the elevator in case of fire! If the escape route is blocked by smoke, close the door and stay in the room. Make yourself heard at the window and wait for the fire department.

Fire Extinguisher

There are several fire extinguishers on each floor. Please note the signs in the hallways.

Fireplace Bar

Our fireplace bar is located on the first floor next to the reception and is open daily until 11:00 pm.
Our bar team will be happy to serve you your favorite cocktail right by the fireplace.

Opening  Hours

Parking Garage

Free parking is available directly at the hotel (entrance next to Pizzeria Nudeltopf) as well as reserved spaces in the Gaislachkogl Garage. Please do not park in the spaces to the right of the hotel along our après-ski area or in the cable car parking lot behind the hotel.

On the 5th floor of the parking garage, just about 100 meters from the hotel, we have reserved parking spaces for our guests. These can be used free of charge for the entire duration of your stay. Please note that spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

If you choose a garage parking space in the Gaislachkogl Garage, we ask that you use it for the entire duration of your stay and refrain from using the hotel parking spaces in this case. A detailed entry description will be provided at check-in.

It is essential that you provide us with your vehicle license plate number before entering the garage so that it can be registered in the system. Only then can the garage be used free of charge as part of your reservation.
If the license plate is not submitted in advance, the standard parking system with license plate recognition will be activated automatically – in this case, parking fees will apply and must be paid directly at the garage payment machine.

Hotel Valentin accepts no liability for damage to or theft of vehicles or valuables caused by third parties.

Parking Service

We are happy to assist you with parking your car. Our colleagues can park your vehicle in the Gaislachkoglbahn parking garage on our reserved spaces for a fee of €20,00. If you need your vehicle, please inform the reception (ext. 500) approximately 15 minutes before your planned departure so that it will be ready for you at the hotel entrance upon your arrival.

We accept: Mastercard, Visa & Maestro cards. It is also possible to pay in cash or with a gift voucher issued by our hotel.

The petrol station BP is located about 350m from our hotel. You will find it on the main road (Dorfstr. 148) village inwards.

Respecting the wishes of other hotel guests, we request your understanding for the fact that pets/animals are not allowed in our hotel.

Repairs

We are grateful for any advice in case of possible defects or damages in your room and in the hotel. Please use the repair stickers (Post It's) on your desk or contact our reception.

Restaurant receipts

We ask that you check your beverage bills daily and sign them before leaving the restaurant ou our Fireplace bar. Signed bills cannot be corrected afterwards. Thank you for your understanding!

Room card

You need your room card to open the room door, the electricity supply in the room, to open the ski and ski boot room, the wellness area and for the night entrance.

If you lose your room card, please come to the reception with all your other cards so that we can reprogram them. Please note that we charge € 5,00 for lost room cards.

Daily from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. If you do not require room service, please hang the "Do not disturb" sign on your door. Please note that room cleaning after 2:30 pm is only available upon request at the reception (ext. 500).

Room service

Of course you can also enjoy your drinks in your room. Our reception team (dial 500) is available by telephone from 07:30 am - 09:00 pm. Our service staff will bring the desired drinks to your room for a service fee of € 10,00.

Safe

Please use your room safe (located in the closet) to keep all your valuables safe. You will find the operating instructions directly on or in the safe. The general insurance conditions apply.

We cannot accept any liability for valuables that are not deposited in the safe. In the case of particularly valuable items (cash, jewelry), these can also be stored for you in our central safe.

Sauna & Relaxing Area

Our sauna & wellness area (nude area) is located in the basement is open daily from 02:00 - 07:00 pm for you.

In case you rent your ski equipment at Intersport Glanzer, you have a free ski & board depot in all Glanzer sports stores around Sölden. You will find a depot of Intersport Glanzer directly in our hotel.

Ski rental

Whether ski boots, poles or clothing, at Intersport Glanzer you will find everything your heart desires. Intersport Glanzer is located directly in the basement of our hotel. Please note the special discounts for our hotel guests.

Ski school

You or your youngest want to learn skiing/snowboarding for the first time or refresh old skills? No problem.

The Sölden Ski School will provide you with the right ski instructor, whether it's a group or individual course.

Skiing area

The Gaislachkoglbahn is only 30m away. From there you can reach the entire ski area. Piste maps are available on request at the reception or you can use the digital piste map in our digital guest folder.

Smoking

All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smokers are provided with an ashtray at the hotel entrance and on the balcony. For unauthorized smoking in the room, we will charge you the applicable cleaning costs, but at least € 200.00. If a fire alarm is triggered and thereby the fire department is alerted, an invoice for the cost of the fire department operation will be charged to the person responsible.

On weekdays, most stores are open from 09:00 am - 07:00 pm and closed over lunch. In supermarkets you can shop throughout (you will find more information under the heading "Grocery Store"). On Saturday, stores are usually open until 06:00 pm.

Money and jewelry must be kept in the in-room safe.
We cannot accept liability for valuables that are not stored in the safe.

A wellness bag is available for you during your stay. In case you particularly like our wellness bag, you can purchase it for € 15,00. Please note that the bathrobe can be purchased additionally for a fee of € 65,00.
